Meny tops Danish grocery customer survey as 365discount ranks last
Meny has ranked first in Denmark's annual grocery survey for the second year in a row, while 365discount finished at the bottom.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Meny is Denmark's favorite grocery store for the second straight year. Meanwhile, 365discount finished last again in customer satisfaction. For Copenhagen shoppers, choosing Meny means better quality and service. However, discount chains offer different price levels.
Analysis firm Loyalty Group surveyed 4,255 Danish shoppers. Meny scored 71 points on the loyalty index. Rema 1000 followed closely with 69 points. Meny led in six out of nine categories. These include service, trust, and organic products.
Meny chain director Richo Boss praised his staff and fresh products. Lars Jepsen from Loyalty Group noted that Meny customers trust the brand. Dagrofa is the parent company behind Meny.
On the other hand, Coop operates 365discount. 365discount ranked lowest for overall customer rating. Chain director Michael Tilsted stated they are working to improve daily service. The CPH Post reported these survey results.
