Expect heavy motorway traffic across Denmark this autumn holiday

The busiest travel period begins on Friday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Motorways will also be crowded on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Drivers may encounter heavy traffic during the final two days of the holiday.
The Danish Road Directorate recommends traveling outside these peak hours.
Congestion is expected on the E20 across western Zealand and Funen.
Traffic will also build up on the E45 motorway in southern Jutland.
Roads around Kolding will see increased traffic during the holiday period.
Drivers on the E45 crossing the Vejle Fjord Bridge need extra time.
Maintenance work on the bridge has reduced the overall speed limit.
Long queues may form on the bridge during busy travel times.
People heading to the ferry terminal in Aarhus should plan ahead.
Roadwork on Marselis Boulevard leaves only one eastbound lane open.
