Denmark faces heavy rain and strong winds this week
A low pressure system will bring up to half a month of rain to parts of Denmark this week.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Get your raincoat and umbrella ready for heavy rain in Denmark this week. A low pressure system from France is moving toward the country. It brings rain and strong winds starting Wednesday. The mild autumn weather is ending quickly.
According to broadcaster DR, conditions will worsen on Thursday. Multiple low pressure fronts will hit Denmark from the west. Temperatures will drop to between 11 and 15 degrees Celsius on Thursday. Friday will bring even more rain across almost the entire country.
By the end of the week, some areas could receive half a month of rain. Coastal areas will see particularly strong winds on Friday. Temperatures will reach around 14 degrees Celsius on Friday. Weather conditions should settle down somewhat over the weekend.
Western Denmark will receive the most rain. Esbjerg could see 55 millimeters of rain. Limfjorden in Jutland expects 44 millimeters. Northern Zealand and northern Jutland expect around 35 millimeters. Denmark usually gets 83.2 millimeters of rain in all of October.
