Full train traffic across West Funen will not resume until Monday
A signal house fire near Aarup forces DSB to reduce train services and use replacement buses through Sunday.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Full train traffic between Fredericia and Odense will only resume on Monday. Rail network operator Banedanmark announced the update on X. Train company DSB will run fewer trains through Sunday.
Regional trains on this route are fully replaced by buses. This change has been active since Friday. A fire in a signal house near Aarup caused the issue. Aarup is a station town on West Funen.
International, InterCityLyn, and InterCity trains still run as normal. However, they will travel at lower speeds between Odense and Middelfart or Fredericia. Travelers across Funen should check their travel schedules carefully.
