Denmark Tightens Livestock Farm Inspection Rules

The new measures address a recent audit report. The audit revealed a backlog of 1,500 pending welfare cases. Inspectors will work to resolve these old cases quickly. Two-person teams will ensure clearer and more accurate checks. Local consumers can expect stricter oversight of Danish meat products. The CPH Post reported these updated regulatory measures.
