/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Job hunters in Denmark will soon see pay ranges on job ads. The Danish state introduced a new bill to make pay clear. On October 8, 2026, the Ministry of Employment and Equality announced the proposal.
This bill amends the Equal Pay Act in Denmark. It puts the EU Pay Directive into local law. Employers must now state starting pay ranges on job ads.
Bosses cannot ask job seekers about past pay history. Staff can ask for group pay data for equal roles. This change helps foreign staff negotiate pay with ease. The report on this bill was published by Two Birds.
