A passenger requested surveillance footage from Kongens Nytorv station after an incident. The request covered midnight to 6 a.m. over a ten-day period. Metro Service rejected the request. The company claimed the passenger could not be identified. It also cited heavy workload and public security concerns. Metro Service then deleted the footage.
