Copenhagen Half Marathon Switches to Entry Lottery for 2027
The Copenhagen Half Marathon is expanding its capacity to 45,000 runners in 2027 while moving to a two-week ticket lottery system.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Runners in Sweden must enter a lottery for the 2027 Copenhagen Half Marathon. Organizers are abandoning the old first-come, first-served ticket system.
The event will expand its capacity to 45,000 runners in 2027. The new ticket lottery opens on September 16. The lottery application window will remain open for two weeks.
This change gives all applicants an equal chance to enter the popular race. The update was reported by CPH Post.
