Copenhagen Culture Night 2026 Opens Pass Sales and Releases Program
Copenhagen Culture Night returns on October 9 with over 250 venues open and free transit.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Culture Night 2026 takes place on Friday October 9 across Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. A single pass offers entry to over 250 venues and free public transport.
The event runs from 18:00 until midnight. Visitors can explore places usually closed to the public. Highlights include the Danish Parliament at Christiansborg and the Royal Danish Opera House. Architecture firm BIG will hold an open house in Østerbro and Nordhavn. Historic bridges, courts, and churches will also open their doors.
Many venues offer interactive activities and live performances. Fotografisk Center will host a photogram workshop. DieselHouse will showcase 125 years of engine history in Valby. Places of worship like the Grand Mosque and the Krystalgade Synagogue welcome visitors.
Digital passes cost 125 Danish kroner and are available online now. Physical passes go on sale at 7-Eleven stores on September 28. Each pass covers all events and public transit in zones 1 through 99. Transit coverage runs from 16:00 until 04:00 the next morning. Pass holders can bring two children under age 12 for free.
