Police closed the bridge on Tuesday evening to test emergency response protocols.
Copenhagen Police confirmed at 23:10 that all barricades have been removed.
Drivers can now freely cross the bridge between Denmark and Sweden again.
The exercise aimed to test coordination during major incidents on the link.
Copenhagen Police regularly run smaller exercises with Swedish authorities.
However, large-scale drills like this operation happen much less frequently.
