Stena Line ordered two hybrid ferries from a Chinese shipyard for the route between Sweden and Denmark.

The Chinese yard will build two new hybrid RoPax ferries. The ships will serve the route between Gothenburg and Frederikshavn.
Each new ferry can carry up to 1,500 passengers. They will also offer expanded space for freight cargo. The project aims to make cross-border maritime travel more sustainable.
