/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Applicants for Danish work and study permits now have more time for biometrics. The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration has extended the deadline.
Applicants now have four weeks to record their fingerprints and photo. The previous limit was two weeks. SIRI announced this temporary change on September 9, 2026.
The change helps people secure appointments at Citizen Service centers. Demand for appointments is currently very high. The extra time helps applicants avoid permit rejections due to missed deadlines. It applies to students, workers, researchers, and their family members.
