Greenland Universities Resume US Research Partnerships

Greenlandic universities have resumed academic partnerships with American institutions.

This decision follows a new defense agreement between Denmark, Greenland, and the United States.

Researchers and students can now access expanded international Arctic research projects.

Major institutions like the University of Greenland have started accepting American collaboration requests again.

The Greenland Institute of Natural Resources is also evaluating US joint proposals.

These academic ties were paused prior to the new security and defense deal.

With the agreement signed, formal scientific cooperation across the region is restoring quickly.
