Energinet Returns Mistakenly Switched Customers to Original Electricity Suppliers
Danish grid operator Energinet is moving 1,500 electricity consumers back to their original suppliers following an incorrect customer list transfer.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Danish grid operator Energinet is fixing a mistake for local electricity consumers. About 1,500 customers were moved to provider Velkommen by mistake. These customers are now going back to their original electricity suppliers.
Energinet confirmed that many customers are already back with their correct companies. The remaining customers will return to their previous suppliers very soon. The issue occurred during a transfer of Velkommen's customer portfolio.
Company Energidrift carried out the transfers. They used an incorrect list from Velkommen's restructuring trustee. This update was first reported by The Copenhagen Post.
