/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Students in Denmark will soon earn more from part-time jobs. The government plans to raise the student monthly income limit by 1,100 DKK. This rule applies alongside monthly state educational grants.
Danish Minister of Higher Education Christina Egelund confirmed the upcoming legislation. She stated that the bill will be presented in October. Egelund dismissed accusations of government delays on this matter.
She noted that summer parliamentary scheduling did not hold up implementation. The decision directly impacts students who work part-time during their studies. They can earn higher supplemental income without forfeiting state support.
