/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Navigating Danish public administration will soon get easier for foreign residents. The Danish Agency for Digital Government is building a new digital AI assistant. The assistant will help users on borger.dk and sundhed.dk. These portals handle public services and healthcare across Denmark.
Danish tech firm Nine A/S won the contract for this AI infrastructure. Nine is a subsidiary of the Trifork Group. The company will introduce AI-powered chat functions on both main websites. The tool will guide citizens and businesses through official information.
Danish officials designed the AI platform with broader uses in mind. They plan to expand the AI assistant to other government platforms later. Jacob Strange is the chief executive of Nine. He stated that AI can make public services much more accessible.
Nine has previously developed other major digital tools for Denmark. In 2025, the company created part of Denmark's Digital Identity Wallet. Parent company Trifork also built the digital theory test platform for driving licences. It also developed digital pregnancy records for the national health system.
