Denmark helps international adoptees search for biological families
Danish embassies in four countries will help internationally adopted residents search for their background and biological relatives.

Danish embassies will assist adoptees from South Korea, India, Vietnam, and Lebanon.
This support program will run until mid-2028.
Embassy staff will help adoptees understand local laws and find relevant authorities.
Social Minister Monika Rubin called the initiative an important step for adoptees.
She said searching across borders and rules is difficult and people should not stand alone.
Denmark is also setting up free independent legal advice for international adoptees.
The new measures were announced in a press release from the Social Ministry, as reported by DR.
