Denmark Expands Green Business and IP Ties with China at CIFTIS

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Denmark is expanding commercial ties and intellectual property cooperation with China. Danish Ambassador Michael Starbæk Christensen highlighted these goals at CIFTIS 2026 in Beijing. This move strengthens cross-border partnerships for researchers and professionals.
The ambassador visited the Smart Denmark pavilion at the fair. Top firms presented solutions in green transition and digital services. These included TEGnology ApS, Stibo Systems, and Scan Global Logistics. He also met with the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China.
In the afternoon, Starbæk Christensen gave a keynote speech on intellectual property. He focused on supporting Danish companies operating in China. He said strong cross-border rules protect innovation and attract quality investment.
Major companies like Novonesis, Danfoss, and Lundbeck joined the discussion. They are members of the Danish IP Alliance. The embassy aims to boost economic dialogue and support innovation cooperation.
