Denmark Digitizes MF4 Permit Form for Accompanying Family

Accompanying family members of permanent residents in Denmark can now apply for permits entirely online.

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration launched the new digital MF4 application form.

This service is available on the website newtodenmark.dk.

It applies to family members of individuals who received permanent residence through work or study.

Applicants can use the new online system for both initial permits and extensions.

The digital portal also allows users to track their case status online.

Paper applications will remain valid for a limited transition period.

Danish authorities will completely phase out paper MF4 forms by October 14, 2026.
