Denmark Announces Lower Salary Threshold Work Permit Scheme for 2027
Denmark will introduce a Collective Agreement Scheme in 2027 with a lower salary requirement of DKK 322,000 for foreign workers.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Foreign workers in Denmark will soon have an easier pathway to work permits. Denmark will launch a new visa scheme on January 1, 2027. The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration announced the upcoming details.
The official name of the policy is the Collective Agreement Scheme. Certified employers in Denmark can use this option to recruit foreign staff. The employment must be covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
This scheme sets a minimum annual salary requirement of DKK 322,000. The required salary is lower than the standard Pay Limit Scheme. This policy offers foreign graduates and workers an accessible route to residency.
