Danish Biotech Firm Novonesis Extends Green Deal with China's DOLL

Danish biosolutions leader Novonesis has renewed a five-year green partnership with Chinese brand DOLL. The two companies signed the strategic agreement at the Danish Embassy in Beijing. Minister Counsellor Sonja Canger attended the signing ceremony on Friday, 30 October 2026. The event was also broadcast live on the Chinese social platform Douyin.

The partnership combines Novonesis' enzyme technology with DOLL's market expertise in China. They aim to make sustainable household cleaning products that consume fewer resources. Canger stated that advanced enzyme tech improves cleaning performance while lowering resource use. Novonesis brings enzyme innovation, while DOLL offers deep knowledge of Chinese consumer habits.
