Copenhagen Named Europe's Leading Cruise Port Again

Copenhagen is Europe's top cruise port for the third year in a row. Copenhagen Malmö Port won the Europe's Leading Cruise Port award for 2026. The World Travel Awards presented this honor to the port. This award shows the city's strong position as a regional travel hub.

The port expects to welcome around 880,000 cruise passengers this year. It plans to handle about 312 ship calls during the year. Winter cruise itineraries have increased by 35 percent. These new routes create extra options for winter travel in Scandinavia.
