Only 407 owned apartments were sold in Copenhagen Municipality in July. This is 24 percent lower than June sales. It is also 40 percent lower than sales in July 2025.
Nordea bank property economist Lise Nytoft Bergmann analyzed the new sales figures. She told the Ritzau news wire that normal monthly sales are 400 to 600 apartments. Sales close to 400 historically signal that market prices could begin to fall.
