ComfortDelGro Wins DKK 17 Billion Copenhagen Metro Contract

The consortium includes Singapore's ComfortDelGro and France's RATP Dev. The 12-year agreement is worth 17 billion Danish kroner.
This major shift affects all four metro lines and 44 stations. The metro runs 24/7 across the Danish capital. It is the primary transit system for local commuters, students, and workers. The deal secures long-term maintenance and service reliability for daily travel.
The new team will manage daily operations and infrastructure upkeep. This long-term planning aims to maintain smooth operations for years to come. According to ComfortDelGro, the formal transition will take place in September 2027.
