Sweden Grants Citizenship to Only 98 People in July

The Swedish Migration Agency concluded 2,825 citizenship cases during the month. However, the agency has not revealed how many applications were rejected.
The data shows a major shift in citizenship trends. Most people granted citizenship in July were citizens of Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Only a handful of Syrian nationals became Swedish citizens. The details were reported by Sveriges Radio.
