/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Navigating Danish public services will soon become much easier for foreign residents. Denmark is adding AI digital assistants to borger.dk and sundhed.dk.
The Danish Agency for Digital Government awarded the contract to tech firm Nine A/S. Nine A/S is a subsidiary of Trifork. The firm will build a shared AI infrastructure for the public sector.
The first phase focuses on key citizen portals. The AI chat assistants will launch on borger.dk and sundhed.dk.
Residents use borger.dk for residency registration and official paperwork. People use sundhed.dk to access healthcare records and medical services.
Navigating these systems can be hard for non-native Danish speakers. The new AI helpers will guide users directly through complex administrative steps.
