Unbound crowd, here comes a graphic designer of the finest calibre. With a love for the craft and deliberate creation, and a vast array of corporate and cultural and projects under his belt, Hugh Miller became Partner at Pentagram London in 2025. His graphic design practice developed through his personal love for typography, music culture, and the intersection of design with lived experience – it's a beautiful example of graphic design's power to marry emotional and intellectual expression. Hugh is also an avid collector of historic graphic design artefacts, and a believer in culture as the core of every design project. We are very much looking forward to getting a glance into Hugh's design process and his personal perspective on graphic design.The WorkshopAfter the talk 20 designers will have the opportunity to join Hugh for a workshop exploring tensions in typography, curiosities and poetry in letter forms to enhance meaning. Hugh has created this workshop for this very occasion. We will be using analogue materials so be ready for some hands-on design experimentation!
