The plan creates big computer hubs in Europe. These hubs give tech firms and researchers raw compute power. Teams can train complex AI models much faster.
This helps Chinese tech workers and students in Copenhagen. Many expats work in local IT or study at top schools. The new supercomputers will bring more jobs and research to the city.
