I've been somewhat skeptical of the new wave of affordable eateries in Copenhagen, only because it's so easy to sacrifice quality to achieve that goal. The new wine bar Bar Pinotto in Amager proves that it's possible to serve tasty, well-made food at a good value. The kitchen is in the steady hands of a former Silberbauers chef.
