/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Boat travel in Sweden is reaching record high numbers this summer. More guests are staying overnight in local ports across Sweden. Some ports have twice as many guests as last year. A weak Swedish krona helps to draw many foreign visitors. The right to roam in nature also attracts many people.
Sailing guests from nearby countries are arriving in the city. Boats from Denmark are visiting the Wasahamnen port in Stockholm. This port sits on the island of Djurgården. It is close to popular museums and green parks.
For Stockholm residents, local docks are much busier this summer. Water areas near the city center see more boat traffic. You do not need a boat to enjoy the water. Public ferry lines take people into the archipelago every day. SL transit passes work on several ferry routes from Strömkajen.
