Specialist Doctors to Visit Care Places in East Zealand
Specialists from Zealand University Hospital will regularly visit care sites across nine local municipalities from the new year.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Vulnerable residents in East Zealand will soon get direct access to specialist doctors. Starting in the new year, specialists from Zealand University Hospital will visit local care places.
The doctors will support 179 health and care sites across nine municipalities. These areas include Roskilde, Køge, Solrød, Greve, Stevns, Faxe, Vordingborg, Guldborgsund, and Lolland.
Specialists will be physically present at the care sites one to two weekdays each week. Torben Hollmann chairs the local health council. He stated that this model brings specialists closer to people who need help most. (Source: DR)
