The closures run from 19:00 to 05:00 until October 9.
Drivers should plan for extra travel time or use alternative routes.
The Danish Road Directorate is conducting vibration tests on the bridge.
The work will take five nights in total.
Testing requires calm weather to deliver accurate results.
Because of this condition, work will not occur every single night.
The bridge will remain open on nights without planned testing.
Drivers can use the old Storstroem Bridge as a detour during closed hours.
