Investors sold shares after the company shared updated plans for the coming years.
On Wednesday, the share price dropped another 2.5 percent.
This was the third day in a row of stock losses.
The decline started right after the firm presented its future strategy.
The Copenhagen Post reported the market drop following the strategy announcement.
As Denmark's largest firm, Novo Nordisk is a key player in the local economy.
