/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /A new platform in Copenhagen helps neighbors share home-cooked meals with each other. The service offers cheaper meals for buyers and extra income for home cooks. It also helps neighbors reduce food waste and build friendships inside their buildings.
Former investment manager Sebastian created the platform, named Leftovers. He worked in finance for about ten years before moving to Denmark. He moved to study for an MBA at Copenhagen Business School. He wanted to create real value for society through his new work.
The idea started after a barbecue at his apartment in Australia. Now the platform tests the home-cooked meal market in Copenhagen. The Copenhagen Post reported on the project launch.
