Great Belt Bridge to close briefly on weekdays next week
The Great Belt Bridge will experience short closures next week due to evening and night maintenance.

Danish bridge operator Sund & Bælt announced the closures on social media, DR reports. The maintenance takes place during evening and night hours.
On Monday, the bridge closes from 19:00 to 19:45. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, it closes twice daily. It closes from 05:00 to 05:45 and again from 19:00 to 19:45. On Friday, the bridge closes only in the morning from 05:00 to 05:45.
Outside total closures, evening and night traffic will run in both directions on single lanes. Drivers must follow a reduced speed limit of 80 kilometers per hour.
