Garbage Collectors Strike in Horsens Municipality
Waste collection in Horsens Municipality is currently stopped due to a strike by local garbage collectors.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Garbage collectors in Horsens Municipality stopped work on Wednesday morning. Regular waste collection is not running as planned across the area.
Residents can bring their waste to recycling centers in Brædstrup and Horsens. You can also leave extra bags next to your waste bin.
The municipality allows one extra bag of residual waste. You may also place one clear bag with plastic and drink cartons beside the bin.
Local garbage workers also went on strike in July. They protested rules that forced them to empty overfilled waste bins. Workers consider overfilled bins to be a health hazard.
