The visit took place during the 9th China International Import Expo. It followed the second EU-China Trade and Investment Consultations. Officials organized direct business matchmaking sessions with Chinese buyers.
European firms presented their products to potential buyers in bilateral meetings. A government session explained market access rules for foreign medical suppliers. The initiative aims to boost exports of European medical devices to China.
