Rain could disrupt local travel and outdoor plans across Denmark from Friday until Saturday morning.
The warning takes effect on Friday at 08:00.
It will remain active for 24 hours until Saturday morning.
Forecasters expect total rainfall between 30 and 50 millimeters during this period.
Some areas may see more than 24 millimeters of rain within six hours.
The heavy downpours may also be accompanied by thunder.
