A new national survey highlights ongoing housing pressures across Denmark. Research institution Vive conducted the latest homelessness count. The count registered 6,028 homeless individuals in Denmark. A total of 2,483 people reside in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.

National homelessness numbers remain stagnant despite recent housing reform efforts. Social Affairs Minister Monika Rubin called the stagnant figures discouraging. Rubin emphasized an urgent need for affordable housing solutions in major cities, according to CPH Post.
