/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Denmark will open the 2027 preliminary tax form on November 24th. This is two weeks late. The tax office delayed the start date to add new tax rules. About 5.5 million people in Denmark can check their tax for next year. You can change your income and tax deductions online. This helps you pay the right tax and avoid a big bill later.
The Danish parliament will vote on new tax rules in November. These rules add new tax relief for sports and music lessons. They also raise deductions for seniors and child care workers. Tax Authority vice chair Ulrick Junge said the delay lets the system include these changes.
Checking your tax form is useful if your income or job changes. It is also important if your loan interest changes. Last year, many people checked their tax form right away. Around 800,000 people had to pay back tax. On average, each person owed 9,850 Danish kroner.
