Denmark Mandates Digital MF4 Form for Family Reunification

In Denmark, family visa forms must soon be sent online. Paper forms for family members will be rejected from October 14, 2026. The Danish immigration agency SIRI has launched a digital MF4 form.

This new system is for family members of foreign workers and students. It applies to those who hold permanent residence in Denmark. People can use the web portal for first permits and permit extensions.

The online MF4 form opened on September 14, 2026. All main applicants must use the digital tool starting October 14, 2026. Paper forms sent after that date will be rejected. Forms MF1 and MF2 will no longer be accepted. This update was reported by Envoy Global.
