Danish public schools expel students for AI cheating during final exams
Danish public schools expelled several elementary school students for using AI during summer final exams.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Danish public schools are cracking down on artificial intelligence cheating. Several elementary school students were expelled from their final exams this summer. They used AI tools during test sessions.
School magazine Fagbladet Folkeskolen conducted a survey across 203 public schools. Principals at 25 schools reported expelling at least one student. At nine of these schools, principals had to expel multiple students.
Teachers caught students red-handed during test sessions. This happened particularly during the written Danish exam. The report was published by The Copenhagen Post.
