Danish military may place radars on private property

The Danish government wants to give the military access to private land and buildings. This draft bill could allow radar installation near homes and schools.

The Danish Defence needs this access to monitor airspace and sea areas better. The military plans to track unmanned vehicles like drones.

To do this, workers may install sensors and radars on various properties. The rule would cover public and private spaces alike.

This includes residential buildings, daycare facilities, and schools. Hospitals and nursing homes are also listed in the proposal.
