New figures from Jobindsats.dk show 25,344 new job postings on Jobnet.dk in August.
This total is 15 percent higher than in August last year.
It marks the first August job increase on the platform since 2021.
Kristian Skriver from Dansk Erhverv expressed surprise at the figures.
The rise came despite slowing overall employment growth.
Higher energy prices caused by war in the Middle East also created economic pressure.
According to The Copenhagen Post, the turnaround signals positive momentum for local job hunters.
