/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Buying an apartment in Copenhagen is becoming easier for prospective buyers. Housing prices in the Danish capital are now stagnating. At the same time, available owner-occupied properties are growing rapidly. This offers more property choices for local residents and newcomers.
Data from real estate analysts shows a clear market slowdown. Inventory of owner-occupied flats in Copenhagen Municipality rose 11.7 percent last month. There are now 1,955 available owner-occupied properties on the market. Supply has effectively doubled since January according to reporting by CPH Post.
Price growth has paused across the capital city. Buyers now have more time to review available properties. The market is moving away from rapid sales and aggressive bidding. This trend provides clearer market visibility for everyone following local housing.
