Copenhagen flat prices fell in August
Apartment prices in Copenhagen fell by 0.5 percent from July to August.

Prices for owner-occupied flats in the city fell by 0.5 percent.
New figures from housing site Boligsiden show this price drop.
Prices in Frederiksberg also fell by 0.5 percent from July to August.
In Aalborg, flat prices dropped even more by 2.7 percent.
In Aarhus, flat prices grew by two percent instead.
Boligsiden housing economist Birgit Daetz explained the situation.
She said fewer flats are selling right now.
At the same time, housing supply is growing fast.
More sellers are listing flats while fewer people buy them.
