/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /House buyers and renters in Copenhagen now have more choices and better leverage. Data released in September shows the city housing market is slowing down. Property prices have stagnated across the Danish capital.
The supply of owner-occupied apartments rose by 11.7 percent in August alone. Nearly 2,000 flats were listed for sale by the end of August. This inventory is double the number of available flats listed in January. CPH Post reported these new housing market figures.
Expats, workers, and families looking for housing face a less competitive market. Finding a suitable home in the capital is gradually becoming easier.
