Copenhagen Apartment Supply Doubles Since January

Finding a flat in Copenhagen is getting easier as housing supply expands. The local property market has slowed down noticeably in recent weeks.

Home prices are staying flat, and more apartments are listed for sale. By early September, 1,955 flats were listed in Copenhagen Municipality.

This is an 11.7 percent jump in just one month. Since January, the supply of available flats in the city has doubled.

Buyers in the Capital Region now have more choices as the market cools down.
