/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Buying an apartment in Copenhagen has temporarily become less expensive to compete for. Average sales prices for owner-occupied apartments in Copenhagen stayed flat in July 2026. This break follows a period of rapid price growth in the city. The new figures come from the housing portal Boligsiden, reported by CPH Post.
Prices remain 21 percent higher than at the same time last year. Housing economists explain that apartment prices grew faster than single-family house prices. At the same time, more homes are becoming available on the market. These factors helped slow down the recent price escalation across Copenhagen.
