Copenhagen Apartment Prices Stand Still in July 2026

Buyers and renters in Copenhagen saw apartment prices hold steady in July 2026. New data from housing portal Boligsiden shows zero price growth during the month.

Despite the monthly plateau, prices remain 21 percent higher than last year. Housing economists point to two main reasons for the flatline.

First, the supply of available homes in the capital has grown. Second, apartment prices previously grew much faster than house prices.

According to The Copenhagen Post, this pause gives local residents a clearer market view. Buyers can now evaluate choices without immediate price hikes.
